Thebe Magugu

Thebe Magugu is a Johannesburg-based South African fashion designer and creative director who founded the THEBE MAGUGU label in 2016. Known for work that draws on South African history, culture and personal narratives, he won the LVMH Prize in 2019 and has extended his practice into publishing and other multidisciplinary projects.
