Development at Manchester City

Born in Manchester on 6 May 2002, Palmer developed through Manchester City's academy, captained the club's Under-18 side during the 2019/20 season and made his senior debut in September 2020. Chelsea signed Palmer from Manchester City on 1 September 2023.
