It has come to my attention that our president (President Yar Adua) is "slowing but surely" filling up all the big post in his government with his hausa family member (I don't mean they are related).
All the big post have been given to his Northern brothers. He said he will be making some major changes to his administration but i didn't know what he meant was "I will be replacing you Southerners with Northerners". OBJ wasn't an angel and i always see him as a thief because i grew up listening to the Great Fela but he (OBJ) appointed people from different regions of Nigeria once he deems as "fit for office" but Yar Adua have another agenda, that is, to turn Nigeria into hausa-land. I know some big post have been given to some yorubas and igbos. Believe me when i say this, he (Yar Adua) is looking for ways to get ride of Soludo (CBN Governor) and give it to another hausa man or woman. The list of southerners that have become his victim of hausalism (i.e. A system that favours only hausas) keeps growing each month. Florence Ita Giwa is the lastest, not that i like her but she is too experience and much more educated then her replacement. No disrespect to Senator Mohammed Abba-Aji but he got nothing on Florence Ita Giwa. Enough said for now while i keep on evaluating his administration from far and near. After 1 year in office, i still haven't seen what he has done. NEPA or whatever they call them now is still as bad as it was if not worst, food is more expensive, the roads are still full of pot-holes and the list of Nigeria problem goes on, so those the promises of those we "voted" for to embazzle our resources and funds, while we keep on dying slowly.
